I hired this company to check for asbestos on an apartment building we own that is 100 years old. They responded quickly, professionally and provided the results quickly. They were so easy to work with, I decided that after being informed there was asbestos to inquire if they could do the removal. I waited about a year and then hired them to do the complete removal and tear off of a several layered and very steep roof. They completed the job as agreed upon and in a timely matter (minor delays due to weather) and we were happy with the results. They installed new plywood, shingles, chimney flashing, gutters and downspouts. I had asked if they provided photos on steps completed as they progressed since I do not live on site to monitor results, and they did sent me photos to keep me updated on the work being completed. My yard appeared to be cleaned up well after the services and after a few weeks and several downpours with no problems, we have no complaints! I also would like to add I had several estimates from big companies in the area. Some were asking 15k over the cost Alpha charged, so they did good work at a reasonable price. I recommend Heidi and her company, Alpha Restoration Services, for your asbestos testing and roofing needs.
